We sell no machines but the parts to keep them running is our specialty. We stock over 54,000 part numbers in our stock room making us the largest stocking parts distributor in the nation. As you might imagine not all the products we handle have found their way to our web page. We will continue to update and add information to the web page as time permits and demand dictates.

HOW TO ORDER (the fine print)

CONDITION OF SALE..
We have a minimum billable order amount of 30$, whether on open account or charged to a credit card.

COURTESY SALE..
If you need only one or two items which in total fall under our billing minimum, we recognize that this is often a problem, so to accommodate you KMR will sell you any part, no matter the price, if you follow the procedure below:

1) Use your company or personal check payable in US dollars on a US based bank.

2) Write on the FACE of the check the quantity, manufacturer name and part number(s) of the part(s) you are requesting. (Courtesy sales are limited to three(3) line items or part numbers per order but you may have any quantity of these three part numbers).

3) Make sure your NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE number are on the check.

4) Make the check payable to KMR ELECTRONICS.

6) Mail the check to:

Your canceled check will be your receipt.

Your order will be shipped to the address printed on the check and your name included on the attention line. If you need shipped to another DOMESTIC address please write that information on the FACE of the check.

Checks lacking the proper information will be returned to the address on the check and marked VOID. Notes written on the check stub will be ignored and discarded. We do not keep a record of those returns so if you don't get your parts within 14 days of mailing your check then contact the person at your address in charge of the incoming mail to see if check has been returned, then contact your bank to see if the check has been paid before calling us. We will only deposit your check for collection when your parts order has been shipped.

Do Not send us any vendor forms such as requests for TAX ID numbers or Y2K compliance forms or ask for a PRINTED invoice for sales, as these fall in the minimum order category where all these extras ARE available but they will cost!

PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from established accounts. If you are a PUBLIC school district or Supervisory school district in the US or Canada we can open an account for those schools purchasing on a regular basis. Private colleges are subject to credit approval. All others are welcome to submit credit information and latest D&B rating along with a list of current credit references. For speed and efficiency however, we do accept credit cards for payment. Currently we accept Visa/Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card when meeting our minimum accepted billing amount.
